RETURN POLICY AND WARRANTY CLAIM PROCEDURE

We at Octomop Pty Ltd take pride in our reputation for quality and value. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with a purchase we´ll assist you with a prompt refund. Returns will be accepted up to 100 days from purchase date.

RETURN PROCESS

  • Email hello@octomop.com.au and our amazing team will send you return address which you need to put on your return as well as your invoice number.
  • Post the returning item to our warehouse.

All products being returned must be in new or newly used condition, and include any retail packaging, manuals, or other included items to qualify for a refund or exchange. We undertake to then exchange or reimburse you the price of the products.

You will be responsible for the cost of the return shipment unless the item is proven faulty.

EXPRESS REFUND

Once your return is received and inspected by the fulfilment centres (usually within 10 days of receipt), your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment. This credit will not include any original shipping charges.
